1996
Pioneering and exploratory phase
In 1996, Rushan Jinlong Cremation Machinery Factory was established. in October 1999, the company was moved from Rushan to Wendeng and renamed as Wendeng Jinlong Cremation Machinery Factory, which was a solid step on the journey of entrepreneurship and realized the first expansion of the company's scale.
2002
Growth period
In 2002, the company moved from Wendeng to Weihai. In September of the same year, the company officially changed its name to Weihai Hangtai Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. and was awarded the honor of the first place of China's cremation machine line inspection flatbed furnace and the first place of China's cremation machine line inspection cart furnace. With more and more equipment using units recognized and supported, the market continues to expand.
2009
Consolidation of the maturation period
In 2009, the company purchased more than 20,000 square meters of land in Weihai Industrial New District to build a factory building, which covers a number of functional areas such as scientific research, office, training, production, sample display, staff activities and so on. Hangtai participated in the national support project “Research on the reduction of pollutants in the cremation process - dioxin technology” jointly undertaken by 101 Research Institute of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, and conducted in-depth research on flue gas purification and treatment equipment. With the gradual maturity of the enterprise concept, the company constantly increases the talent pool, focuses on product development, and gradually moves towards a modern high-tech enterprises.
2015
Pioneering period
Hangtai company continues to grow, technology continues to progress, has developed SL series cremator, incinerator, flue gas purification and treatment equipment products, through continuous technological innovation, has won a number of national invention, utility model patents.
In 2015, in China's flue gas treatment equipment competition, Hangtai's all-dry flue gas purification and treatment equipment stood out as the only enterprise whose environmental protection reaches the national level standard, and won the first place in the competition, and Hangtai's all-dry process won the national invention patent. Since then, Hangtai's first all-dry process has become the mainstream technology in the industry, and the company has stepped into a new stage of development.
2020
A New Journey for the Ages
New era, new journey. In the new development journey, Hangtai company successfully developed a number of new technologies. The self-developed intelligent cremation equipment has passed the expert evaluation of the pilot furnace project of China Shanghai Yishan Funeral Hall (the top in the industry), and won the bidding of Xiongan New Area, Guangzhou, Qingdao and other projects. Through organizing and participating in the National Green Emission Symposium, Intelligent Equipment Technology Training Conference, the Ninth Funeral Expo and many other industry activities, Hangtai has gradually been recognized in the field of intelligent cremation equipment.
In 2020, Hangtai built a new intelligent cremation equipment manufacturing base of more than 60,000 square meters. The new manufacturing base adopts advanced equipment and first-class technology from supporting facilities, processing technology to pollution control, produces intelligent cremation machines and supporting processing equipment on a large scale, and realizes the flow, standardization and refinement of the production of intelligent cremation equipment.
